From June 19th to 21st, Romagna will once again wear the colors of the Notte Rosa, the event that for over twenty years has symbolically marked the start of the Italian summer. In 2026, the entire region will be enlivened by a long weekend of music, shows, culture, sports, and entertainment, with nearly 150 events involving 40 municipalities.
From Comacchio to Cattolica, passing through coastal and inland towns, the festival confirms its widespread appeal, connecting cities, beaches, hills, historic centers, and villages in a single calendar of events. This format has expanded its reach over the years, transforming into a major regional experience, showcasing the many facets of Romagna and engaging diverse audiences, from families to young people, from music enthusiasts to lovers of sports, culture, and food and wine.
The slogan "HIT'S SUMMER" has been confirmed for 2026 as well. A play on words that captures the very meaning of the event: on the one hand, the announcement of the arrival of summer, on the other, a reference to hit songs, the soundtrack that accompanies the holidays, the shared moments and emotions that characterize the most anticipated season of the year. The pulse of summer, the sound of music, the rhythm of celebration. This is the direction along which the 2026 edition of the Notte Rosa unfolds. A festival that officially launches summer in Romagna and finds in its most iconic event the culmination of a narrative capable of encompassing the entire region.
For three days, Romagna will live to the rhythm of music and events. From dawn to dusk, from the evening hours to the first light of dawn, beaches, seafronts, squares, villages, and iconic locations will become part of a single, open-air stage. A mosaic of events that will unfold along the entire coast and inland, offering opportunities for meeting, entertainment, and discovery.
Music itself will be the underlying theme of the entire event. National and local radio stations are partnering with the 21st edition of the Notte Rosa, helping to amplify the event's narrative and spread the messages that will accompany the region into the early summer. The goal is to build an even more participatory and shared dimension, creating a sonic thread capable of connecting diverse places, people, and experiences. In this context, music takes on a meaning that goes beyond simple entertainment. It becomes a universal language, capable of creating belonging, emotion, and recognition. An element that spans generations and different tastes, transforming every square, every beach, and every village into part of a single collective experience. A wide variety of sounds will accompany this edition, from dance to jazz, from the most current hits to evergreens, from folk to classical.
The Notte Rosa 2026 thus presents itself as a great showcase of "Hits of Romagna," not only in the musical sense but also as a narrative of the passions and experiences that characterize the region. Alongside concerts and shows, there will also be events dedicated to food, sports, art, wellness, and outdoor activities, creating a cross-cutting program that aims to highlight the destination's excellence and unique features.
The pink flamingo, the event's now recognizable symbol, will once again dominate the 2026 edition's communications. The graphics echo the visuals introduced in the previous edition but reinterpret them through a language strongly tied to music and radio. The Notte Rosa mascot returns in a silver version, wearing headphones and sunglasses reflecting the Riviera sea. A radio DJ appears next to him, an image that recalls the central role of music and the presence of major national and local radio stations within the project. The hues ranging from pink to purple and the lettering inspired by neon signs help create a contemporary, instantly recognizable image consistent with this edition's theme. The coincidence with the summer solstice reinforces the symbolic significance of the weekend of June 19th, 20th, and 21st. During the longest days of the year, Romagna is once again preparing to welcome residents and visitors with a wide-ranging program spanning the entire region, aiming to transform the start of summer into a shared experience of music, meetings, performances, and participation.
