DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
An enormous mystery shrouds the kingdom of Bellomare.
For months, the fishermen have been returning empty-handed from fishing and the fish-loving King Stoccafisso I° is annoyed at not being able to satisfy his appetites. So he promises a prize of 100 gold coins to whoever brings him fish. Fagiolino, a poor fisherman, is now reduced to penury and the landlord is determined to evict him.
Everything seems to be over, until the intervention of the Sea Wizard, who will reveal to Fagiolino the reason for the mysterious disappearance.
The witch Mucillalga has cast a powerful spell, causing all the fish to fall asleep at the bottom of the sea. This spell can only be broken if someone throws one of the lice in his hair into the sea.
Beans, gripped by despair, set off in search of the witch so that he can break the spell and bring a beautiful fish to the king so that he can get the promised prize.
Everything seems simple but Punkin will discover, to his detriment, that greed for money reigns in the royal palace, but here too he will manage to resolve the situation.
In 2005 the company 'I burattini di Mattia' was founded, presenting shows and generally using Fagiolino and Sganapino, protagonists of the Bolognese tradition and unfailing heroes in every performance.
In 2010, it won the Benedetto Ravasio prize, awarded to young companies that distinguish themselves in keeping the Puppet Theatre tradition alive.
