History meets landscape and the tradition of Formaggio di Fossa conquers the senses



Panoramic walk along Via XX Settembre and guided tour of the historic centre, discovering the origins of Sogliano al Rubicone.

Guided tour of the Museum of Records, where you can see over 50,000 vinyls, ancient wax cylinders, gramophones, 3,000 opera librettos, autographed guitars by artists who have made music history and many other curiosities.

To round off the morning in the best possible way, visit the ancient pits dug into the sandstone rock to a depth of about three metres where pit cheese is stored. It is here that we can enjoy a small tasting of the gastronomic symbol of Sogliano al Rubicone, which in 2009 obtained the PDO mark with the name "Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano Dop".
